Hello, I'm still alive. Still working away.

I have a website with my other artwork on it, http://www.gennalaban.tk

The zine is still in the works, it'll come eventually. Still drying to make plates, writing essays etc.

I've decided to only make one zine, like one large issue instead of many small ones. It'll be free and I'm going to leave it in random places around the city. You can also request a copy through here or email megabean.zine@gmail.com

I like the idea that the zine has potential to stay in circulation for weeks/months/years. It may also make it's way around the country, or even the world! People who find the zine have the option to take it with them, or leave it for someone else to find.

At the moment I'm working on more pages, and also on my main project (making a dinner set, or sets)

I've made a draft of my first issue, YAY! It features a few pages of cartoons, a fact article on Battery Hens, a response to the statement "Animal's don't have feelings" & "Don't tell me you'll spoil my dinner" and more.

I am Genna and I am the creator of the Megabean Zine. I'm a 4th year Fine Arts student, and I'm making the zine as part of my project for the year. I haven't made a zine before, nor do I know much about them so feedback and comments are much appreciated!
